Benna Bok Fraudsters

I ordered goods from Benna Bok previously and was very happy with the serive. I then ordered goods in July and August 2019 again, they acknowledged my order, but when I enquired a few months later I was told about the 120 Day production period, I then waited another few months, when I checked on their website, it showed my order was in process. A few days later I tried the website again, now its off for maintenance. I sent a message on facebook messenger on which they replied back that someone from their office would contact me, but nothing. I mailed them and requested a refund, I have not been contacted in any way. Very unhappy!!!
