Dishonest and *************.
This dealer (if they can even be called that) is highly dishonest. Their adverti*****ts on Carfind are misleading and appear to be deliberately deceptive. They advertise vehicles that are supposedly available. When you call, they confirm availability and even follow up via WhatsApp to reassure you that the vehicle is there. However, upon arrival, the vehicle is nowhere to be found. Instead, they attempt to push more expensive alternatives, which clearly feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. When you insist on seeing the originally advertised vehicle, you are told that it is “on its way from another branch.” After waiting for an extended period, you are then informed that the vehicle was supposedly sold the previous night. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with them, as this appears to be a clear attempt to mislead customers.

BEN AUTO - GIVE IT A WIDE BERTH!!!!
If you are looking for appalling service, false advertising and an endless wait the Ben Auto at 61Nugget Street is the place to go. Phoned and confirmed that the vehicle was avaliable at the advertised price - not once but twice - and made an appointment to view the vehicle with a specific person - Eunice. Arrived at the agreed time only to be kept waiting for an hour during which time they tried to push an assortment of vehicles on me - and Eunice never appeared. The vehicle finally arrived - the test drive was the shortest in history and when it came to discussing price I discovered that the vehicle was priced R30 000 higher than advertised!!!! No apology or explanation - just moved on to the next customer.

What an example of bull****ters. I was told the vehicle was located at the address as advertised and confirmed by Eunice. Upon arrival at 7am I received a phone call from her, confirming that she will be there at 8 am. In the meantime her co- employees tried to sell other vehicles to me which was accident damaged. I tried to phone her at 9:30. No answer. I traveled back home another 80km. The profile picture tells the story. Not a photo, a painted image of a male. The vehicle was already sold according to one assistant. 62/61 Nugget street, JHB. Don't waste your time and money.
