My experience with BCX was mixed. I am grateful for the opportunity they gave me, as it allowed me to gain valuable work experience. However, there were some significant challenges during my time with the company. One of the main issues was a lack of clarity during the hiring process. The job adverti*****t indicated that I would be based at the main branch, which was reasonably close to where I live. However, after being hired, I was informed that I would be placed at a client site that was much ****her away. This created unexpected logistical and financial strain. When I raised my concerns, I was given an ultimatum to either accept the placement or decline the role, which felt discouraging and inflexible. On a positive note, the branch manager was very supportive and stepped in to assist me. They arranged for me to be based at a branch office instead, which made a significant difference. I truly appreciated their willingness to help and find a solution. Another concern was compensation. I found myself being underpaid compared to others, despite my responsibilities, which impacted my overall satisfaction. In summary, while BCX provides good opportunities and has supportive individuals within the organization, there is room for improvement in communication, transparency during recruitment, and fair compensation practices.

BCX has just submitted a letter of Demand which is unrealistic. When I spoke to the BCX representative, I was told that it's for an outstanding amount. I could not understand why this happened as I have had a debit order since 2015 for the collection of subscriptions. I was told that there was a billing error on the BCX side. I was never made aware of an outstanding amount, nor was I engaged to settle an old account, that I was not aware of The first interaction I receives on this matter was this Letter of Demand

Very bad service from BCX. Spent almost an hour on the phone with different people with nothing solved. Gave me wrong numbers. Never sent me an e-mail address that they promised. First lady was outright rude and unhelpful.

Telkom. I have been struggling now for 3 weeks to get the details of your legal team and complaints department. Everytike I call in your team gives me different numbers to call, or different email addresses to use to send in my complaint. And each time the email addresses do not exist and every phone number no one can assist. You have *******ly done credit checks on my name with out my concent and I have given you 7 days to remove this. Your agents constantly give me **** email addresses for your complaints department and none of the email addresses work.. Please ensure your legal department or complaints department contacts me. Failure to do so I will raise the concern of ******* credit checks with the ombud and my attorneys will step in. I will not leave this. You teach your agents to lie to clients and provide **** details for your complaints department which is against the legislation and purely *******. I did not give any concent for credit checks to be done on my name and I expect a response or the matter will be escalated

A lot of people experience different things some true and some not true , we all have the right mind to know what is good and what is bad , You see all this sites trying to copy the real ones doesnt mean you cant find the actual real sites for consultations when you get ****med by this ****** , I was a victim and infor @ bsbforensic. c o m got all my funds back I have proofs

I have a communication issue between my point of sale and the Winbranch back office pc. I logged my call on the 17-03-2023 with the BXC support desk. I explained my issue and was given a reference number. As of today, 27-03-2023 my problem has not yet been resolved. I spoke to a gent by the name of Robert as he is the service manager. His response to me was that he could not do anything as it was load shedding at that time, but would call me as soon as load shedding was done. I have been calling the support desk almost daily for updates. Today, 27-03-2023 I was informed that I need to sign a quote. My response was, that they send the quote and I will sign off on it so that the problem can be resolved asap. It is almost 3pm now and I am still waiting for a quote.
