Horrible service
Horrible experience with Future green dot, they obviously do not put their clients first, I cancelled immediately when I noticed that they do not stick to their word. I clearly communicated that I wanted my documents emailed to me so that I can read through it and make an informed decision, to date I have never received it. The sales person that signed me up did not cancel my policies when I asked him to, once money was debited I realized it still wasnt cancelled. I contacted him and begged him to cancel it and insisted on a refund. Eventually he informed me that it was cancelled, he then emailed my cancellation confirmation to himself. I've been asking him to email it to me. He also gave me my November refund out of his own pocket. Im currently patiently waiting for December and January's refund. He doesnt put in any effort in keeping you informed on how long refunds/cancellations might take. His excuses are always that he has over 20000 clients to deal with. When you want to go in to the company, he insists on making an appointment. When I made an appointment he showed up at my workplace and had the deputy principal intervene into my personal matters as a mediator. Absolutely unprofessional. Jean Pierre Emilio is not to be trusted. Signing up with Future green dot was the worst mistake I could have ever made.
