My experience with AvaTrade regarding withdrawals has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I initiated a withdrawal and was required to use a bank transfer, which took approximately 16 working days to reflect in my account. This process was far longer than expected and also required me to follow up with my bank and go through additional verification steps to finally receive the funds. After this, I was advised that the only alternative withdrawal method available was Neteller. However, I was not clearly informed upfront about the high fees associated with Neteller withdrawals, which amount to approximately 7.5% when transferring funds to a bank account. On a large withdrawal, this resulted in a significant and unexpected deduction. Overall, I feel that the withdrawal process lacks transparency, especially regarding timelines and fees. The limited options and high charges made it difficult to access my own funds efficiently. I hope AvaTrade improves its communication around withdrawal methods, processing times, and associated costs so that clients can make fully informed decisions before investing.

I agree with Thando below, Daniel just called me and was forcing me to get started when I just downloaded the app two hours ago. He asked me what’s stopping me, and I said finances. He said well when do I think I’ll have 1k ready by? I told him these are very intrusive unprofessional questions to be asking someone who just downloaded the app. He then said if that’s the case, trading isn’t for me and hung up. As a marketer, Please fire him.

Signed up for avatrade about 2 weeks ago and they called me to find out what I will be doing and so forth .. I asked him if they are going to continue calling me, he said no … Just got a call from Avatrade and the same guy speaks to me because there is no activity on my app because I haven’t done anything yet , i told him , i will use it sometime but now now, just downloaded the app to see whats happening and how it is … I asked him to stop calling me and as I was busy talking, he hung up in my ears , EXTREMELY rude …

I deposited money using their payment app on their site , its been 5 days and my deposit is still not reflecting. having sent them my bank statement 3 times now and still no one can come back to me. It has gone off my bank account so now its theirs and I have no claim to it. All my KYC docs are in place my account verified etc. I would avoid using them as a broker they ***** your money ! I have and still use other brokers and never had this problem.

I have no choice but to give 1 star. I would give minus 20 stars if i could!!! They have made withdrawing my money dam near impossible!!! They tell me draw funds into an account, i try to initiate a withdrawal into that account, only to be told that is the wrong account!!!! Last time i tried to withdraw funds, it looked like it was going through, 12 working days later, i contact them to find out what is going on, they simply cancel the withdrawal, and say wrong account details!!!!!! They have been an absolute nightmare!!! I have contractors to pay, interest to pay and they keep F##KING me around non stop!!!! I made FORMAL REQUESTS for information regarding my account, and they refuse to do as asked!!! Which as i understand it breaks the regulations of a registered FSP, plus they certainly DO NOT have the clients best interests in mind!!! Which as i understand it is also AGAINST the regulations of an FSP!!!! Plus by not adhering to a FORMAL REQUEST for information they have also broken FAIS act!!! And as i understand it, this should lose them their FSP license as well as they should be liable for massive fines!!!! And as i will be reporting them to the FCSA and the Central bank of Ireland, you may want to get your funds out ASAP!!!!!

Withdrawals are becoming more and more difficult with these ****** people. I have withdrawn into an account, now they tell me I can't withdraw into it again. So I initiate a withdrawal into a different account, they say it is going through. So I initiate another withdrawal into the same account, and they tell me I cannot withdraw into that same account!!!!!!!! Seems like they are thieving *******s!!!!!!! Save yourself the hassle, try a different trading firm.
