Bad service

Hi everyone,

I’d like to find out whether anyone else has had a similar experience when purchasing a second-hand vehicle.

We purchased a Mahindra mHawk 2.2 S4 4x4 from autocity Heidelberg Nissan and Renault in January 2026. Since delivery, we’ve experienced some issues with the vehicle, and despite inspections and ongoing engagement, the matter has not yet been resolved to our satisfaction.

I’m not making any allegations, but simply sharing our experience and looking to understand how others may have dealt with similar situations.

We are currently exploring our options, and any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.
