No feed back , communication thus far

Currently i have a vehicle that's arrange to be collected yesterday 16/04/2026 and was trying to get ahold of this company and they haven't responded back , gave any feedback after they said they would and this morning I recieved a message from the dealer suppose to be collected from saying they haven't collected it , I've sent emails , WhatsApp and called them a bunch of times to hear what's going on and there's no assistance at the moment

I already paid for the door to door service and I can see on WhatsApp they were online in the afternoon but I dont know why they dont want to give feedback back or assist

I would change my review if this company can just assist
