No communication and bad attitude

A quote was given . Only optional stated on the quotation was processor if required ( customer will be notified) no notification was done. Processor was not required. But on collection there was extras added and I was charged for this. This practice goes against consumer act. Owner just said " are you happy with the sound" and that was his response. Poor communication
