Management and sales manager David Rabapane has No integrity, no shame, no honor. It’s disgusting to say the least I saw an Audi on autotrader that I was looking g for, immediately contacted them and sent my brother who drove quite a distance to go check for me After test drive, I told them I’m taking the car Salesman said we will prepare it’s for u you. Monday he told me that the car will be ready by Wednesday and I should sort my finances in order Tuesday morning 8:30 contract is ready to sign finances in place, insurance, policies, services plans, warranty, I asked the salesman if he would fetch me at airport and that I can go ahead and book flights After I book the flights hour later He’s manager walks in and says he will sell the car to a cash buyer and that I took too long, he can’t sell the car to me I tell him I must just collect and sign He says no he has made up he’s mind, he selling the car to someone else who I who is a car dealer. So I just get kicked to the curb after I set my heart on the car and pushed to get my finance ready in one He tells me my paper work came through 8:33 Which is 3 minutes past 8 and that my 24hours is up… No one told me about 24hours, no one told me that I’m on the clock No told me that if I’m a minute late I lose the car Instead he just says your time is, even though they have the podium…. “Im selling the car to someone else, sorry that my final decision, goodbye” Spoke to the dealer principal All he says is that it’s a salesman error who didn’t tell me about a clock ticking and that he will be disciplined But they giving the car to someone else Like someone was waiting for time to pass I’m so disgusted I have been buying cars from Audi dealership for years This is absolutely gross and they have no ethics or Integrity After going through the entire process of getting car ready for me with the salesman Manager just sells to someone else Mind u he is the manager not a salesman I have lost my trust in Audi now completely This was very unexpected and extremely unprofessional I’m flabbergasted One word describe the salesman David and the dealership principal is “Sies”

I would like to express my disappointment following a recent interaction with one of your sales consultants. While I prefer not to mention names, I feel compelled to highlight the lack of honesty and integrity displayed during the process. The consultant’s conduct came across as underhanded and misleading. After investing considerable time applying for finance and sourcing insurance quotes based on the deal presented, I was later informed that the offer was invalid due to a consultant error. This reversal not only disrupted my planning but eroded my trust in the process. It is unacceptable to be misled during such a critical decision-making phase, especially when expectations were built around a formal offer. I would not recommend Audi Rivonia to anyone currently looking for a vehicle. My experience with another dealership was significantly better, not only in terms of service, but also the deal itself, which was far more competitive. What is troubling is that I was told Audi Rivonia was operating at a loss, which raises serious concerns about transparency and the integrity of their management team.

I’ve had a shocking experience with Hatfield Audi Rivonia over a simple coolant warning I flagged when I brought in my Audi S3 in April 2025. Despite four separate visits, thousands of rands, and constant back-and-forth, the issue is still unresolved — and I received the same warning yet again at the beginning of July. What makes it worse: • Promised follow-ups that never happened, • Ignored messages • Service advisors discovering “new” issues every time I brought the car in, • Engine misfiring and oil in spark plugs — problems that only appeared after they worked on the car, • Excuses, delays, and zero accountability. I’ve lost complete trust in Audi Rivonia and, frankly, the Hatfield Group as a whole. If this is how they handle long-time Audi owners, I’d hate to see how they treat new customers. I’ve submitted a formal complaint, but I’m sharing this publicly so others can be warned. Stay away.
