Parts department gives audi a bad name took my car for an oil service, found a coupling and pipe is leaking and sump is damaged instruction oil service, replace coupling and pipe and flush brakes waiting for Parts since Friday morning 10am left car with them over weekend Tuesday morning no parts, fetched vehicle without repairs. Spoke to Morris in parts asked for Manage Clem or chris to call, still no phone call terrible people, make promises and never follow up.

Thiru and Neo in service very helpful. let down by Audi parts department now i want to sell my Audi - bad taste - second time i am having a bad experience at this motor dealer. there will not be a third time. dont make the same mistake i have.
