Bad Service
I bought a product at Ashcom Online with a 1 year warranty that they don't want to exchange after it stopped working after 5 months. I logged a complaint with hellopeter about them not coming back to me at all after I send them mail and WhatsApp messages on their WhatsApp number on their website.

Very Disappointed
Good day I bought 2 deep cell batteries from Ashcom Online on the 1st July 2022 with a 1-year warranty and the batteries was delivered at my home in Swellendam. These batteries only last for 4 months then I let them know and they replace the 2 batteries on the 2nd of November 2022. They send me mail with a new 1-year warranty on these two batteries are so good it will last for 10 years. These two batteries only last 5 months and again I mailed them at [email protected] 3 time since March 2023 but this time they didn’t even came back to me. I then log a complain on their whatsapp number on Wednesday the 3rd of May on the Ashcom online website and they just app**** the following (Noted Elzana, let me respond to you by end of the day. Sorry we missed your emails) They didn’t respond back at all, and I send a new whattsapp today the 5th of May and they didn’t even respond to it as in my first whatsapp they came back immediately. Why do they just ignore me now, I am with in the 1-year warranty that they send me on these batteries?
