I went to Ascot on 23 Desember to purchase 2 bottles of Eu de Perfume for myself, lady. I showed the sales lady that I want a Cartier Eu de Perfume for ladies. She told me you get a variety and asked which one. I showed her the picture again, and said Declaration, but for ladies. She said it only comes in a Parfume, and asked what's the difference. She said it's stronger. I phoned this morning as to complain that the atimizer does not work, and they informed me that I should release the clips. Also informed me it is a Perfume for MEN. I can't believe it. After I told her I want a ladies Perfume. She could have told me it is for men on the one that I showed her, as I did not know. She is after all the SALES PERSON. The manager was not helpful at all, took the Employees word, NOT THE CUSTOMER. I AM SO DISGUSTED AS WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH 100ML MEN'S PERFUME. I DROVE FROM PRETORIA TO JHB SOUTH. THE MANAGER SAID SHE CAN'T EXCHANGE IT BUT I CAN COME AND "PAY" FOR ANOTHER BOTTLE THAT I WANT. R1810 PLUS MY FUEL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU CHOOSE TO SHOP AT. I WILL RATHER SHOP WITH EDGARS NEXT TIME.
