Ascot Comsmetics **** Perfumes

Inferior Quality Perfume I bought a new perfume something Jacobs from Ascot priced at +/_R1500 . When the sakes lady sprayed the test fragrance on my arm it lasted the entire day and still lingered on my sleeve after washing. I've bought perfume from Edgar's & other stores before and know how long it is supposed to last. When I opened my purchase, the one I bought from Ascot lasts less than an hour. I returned the perfume asked them to smell their sample in comparison to what they gave me. I was told they cant exchange or refund me they will call the supplier and ask them to test the perfume in their lab. Since when is this allowed according to the sales lady and supposedly manager (I doubt she is) its the Policy of Ascot to do this. As client i am minus R1500 & the perfume which they have. suspect that it is an inferior product & Ascot is not importing authentic perfumes. They are probably buying a few authentic perfumes as samples but package & sell **** goods. I will never ever purchase again at that store. I'm enquiring from my attorney and the the consumer counsel if what they doing to me is legal. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money thinking I'd be getting a great deal. What a waste & I traveled all the way from Roodepoort. I'm searching for the owners details because this must be reported it is ******** offense according to me. My attorney will contact them tomorrow
