I signed a contract with Mr Marinus Meyer of Anza flooring. He has not completed the job and refuses to answer my calls or whatsapp messages. I also paid in full for the job and an extra R3200 for the extra carpeting to be cut and bound into mats. He has my money and I have no mats

Anza flooring bad workmanship and attitude.
I have had the most terrible experience with this flooring company in Herm****. Their work was shoddy their customer service, which is claimed to be the best, is totally unacceptable. Through bad workmanship and blaming Aspen flooring for the mess, the only solution put to me, after three attempts at trying to fix their mess was " you are one if those difficult customer's where nothing will be good enough " I will take the floor out and give you your money back." I agreed ! The floor was removed with haste the next working day. I got a phone call from the receptionist? The next day requesting my bank details and 12 days later still have not received any payment. I have had the same flooring layer in the interim by another company in Herm**** and am 100% satisfied. Where do I go ? Legal action to get my money back ?
