Incompetent, rude electrician

I phoned and requested an electrician. I requested 3 things to be done/installed. Electrician came, looked at the work, left and didn't bother coming back or phone to let me know what he's doing. when i phoned him back 3 hours later, I was told that he will come and do the job when he has time. he eventually came and completed the job 5 days after my initial call of which he was paid immediaty (they do not leave your premises until POP is mailed). Nothing I had asked him to do worked. I had no lights working in the garden (of which were working perfectly before he came). from the excuses of a broken car/traffic etc etc he just failed to come back and fix what he didn't do properly. I phoned the office to complain - was promised a call back to no avail. Attie came back the following day, only for him to want to charge MORE as he states that there was a loose wire in the garden which he fixed. 1)never has he told me that he did anything extra except what I asked. 2) he gave me the total amount after doing the job, which I immediately paid - so why come now and demand that we pay him an addition of R300.0 for something I didn't ask him to do, nor that i was even aware of.
