Bad Service
When there is a problem with your order, Amrod employees have 0 sense of urgency. I've been struggling for a full week with ordering just 2 banners that are already paid for. Instead they just keep sending me back and forth via email dragging something that could have been solved in a day.
I've already missed my 1st deadline and I'm about to miss it again.

It does look like your account is inactive on my side. Please may I ask that you e-mail registrations @ amrod. co.za and Cameryn will assist in helping get your account reactivated as quickly as possible.
Because we are Trade Only, we have to ensure that all active clients meet the Trade Only criteria before we are able to sell to them.
Once you have sent your info through to Cameryn, she will make it a top priority to get your account reactivated.
