Excellent service and product from AluCape Expert
I recently had AluCape Expert install aluminium sliding doors and windows throughout my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jacques Briel (the owner) was professional, personable, and clearly passionate about delivering quality work. His pricing was highly competitive without any compromise on the product — the Palace High Performance sliding doors and windows supp**** are simply superb, solid and beautifully finished in Bronze Matt. What truly set AluCape apart, though, was their foreman Carlo. He and his team were meticulous, careful, and genuinely took pride in every detail of the installation. Carlo was incredibly professional throughout the process, which included very difficult steps of removing old structures and installing new ones without damaging existing natural stone cladding. Additionally, he was always available to answer questions, tidy in his work, and absolutely committed to getting everything just right. It's rare to find a tradesman who treats your home with such care and respect. The quality of the finished product speaks for itself — perfectly fitted, smooth operation, and an elegant look that has transformed the feel of our home. If you are looking for aluminium doors or windows, look no further than AluCape Expert. Jacques and Carlo are the real deal — honest, skilled, and genuinely proud of their craft. Five stars without hesitation!

AluCape - the best in cape town
The best experience we had replacing our old sliding door with a brand new sticker door. From the first email to request a quote to the last ***** put in we just received friendly staff really going that extra mile. The workmen ship are of high standards and quality. Even the after sales service are of high standards, something you do not see anymore. Keep up the good work guys
