Not interested in you, just your data - they ask you more than they should in the interviewing and hiring stages. Such as for you to send your pay slip of your current job. Andile Lewis - their Talent Acquisition Partner requested that from me. I told I will only send it if they want to move with me as a candidate. Got ghosted afterwards. Be careful out there.

Another promise not kept
I was contacted by Mdalisu and I understand that they are your subsidiary. They promised to remove me from Debt Review and they will not charge me high fees. They got me to sign debicheck mandates for R2500 and R220 a month this is too much ... I also did not sign any of their documents ... they are giving you a bad name because they are allowed to manipulate the system. This is a warning ... do not trust these people.

I was contacted by Mdalisu and I understand that they are your subsidiary. They promised to remove me from Debt Review and they will not charge me high fees. THE CLEVER MACK PETA FROM ALTRON LEGAL COVER
My 75 years old mom came across a guy by the name of Mack Peta at a shopping complex that was promoting Alton Legal Cover and while he was explaining the cover to my mom, he said to her that for the Head Office to see that he was working for the day, my mom must give him her details including her bank card so that he can swipe it on the machine that he had, my mom didn't know that the guy was processing payment only realizing after I sent her the money for groceries on the 26th of which R560.00 was deducted from her account, (R280.00 x2). The slip that my mom sent to me had the guy's cell numbers and when I called him, he said he made a mistake and I asked him to explain to me what kind of a mistake is that with someone else's money, he then dropped the phone on my ear and never answered my call again. This morning, I called Altron and they said to me that they unfortunately they won't be able to pay my mom her money back. This is the cruel world that we unfortunately live in, people have no morals.

Accessing my profile without any business
They have done credit checks on my profile. I stop working for them long ago and now they want to put my credit score down. This company is bad. Why are they access my profile

Disappointing
Hi Between my former employer of Bytes document solutions div (Altron) and Sanlam I'm battling to get my Funds. I have bumped a company vehicle over 5/6 + months back and 1stly my employer forcee me to pay full panel beating fees and not the cheapest one eather actually the most expensive qoute they got.I pleeded to go through the insurance and I can pay the access. They cold hartedley refused. They started deducting money from my salary and so Fourth . Now that I resigned they have send the vehicle to be accessed by an accesor from insurance company. I have send a number of emails over about 3 months period.I have to send 2/3 mails just to get a reply from HR at my previous employment. The now keeping advicing that they are awaiting the accessors feedback and obviously my funds are not getting payed as they want to deduct from my providend fund before releasing Ballance of the fund. Am I being unreasonable as I have to send mail after mail just to maybe get feedback and we still at the same place. Between Sanlam and Bytes document solutions div of Altron there is a huge issue. I'm disappointed that they are holding my funds till they decide what they want to do over 3 months and once that's done one day..... then I have to wait again for 4weeks+ for Sanlam s process and for them to pay out . And I did advise on mail today that I'm writing this on hello Peter and will be getting advice on how to get this resolved

Disappointing

Provident fund not paid
I am now sick and tired of being tossed around by Sanlam and Altron Nexus, I just want my provident fund please. Sanlam says Altron Nexus needs to email the right last contribution date I have mailed the HR team at Nexus. Sanlam and Nexus have not responded to say this was sorted, this begging of my provident fund is depressing , I have a 7 month old baby who needs formula and medication. Please can someone assist.
