Broken and Defective Furniture delivered
Bed base and headboard delivered while I was not at home, returned to find broken and defective. The workmanship is very poor. I thought I would support a local craftsman instead of a big retailer - I will never make that mistake again. The owner refuses to take my call after I told him I want a refund and he must come collect his bed base and head board.

Terrible service and product.
Terrible service! I recently purchased a headboard from them and it came with a permanent,dirty stain. I was told to wash it myself..after many attempts it is not going away and I was told to wait until the 4th of January. Instead of being helped, my number was blocked. Now i have a 'brand new' filthy headboard. I dont recommend the ever.
