Bad customer service and rude managers

I have had a terrible experience dealing with this hardware more than twice we bought Abus key for the building through this hardware dealing with a guy named Brendon Ofriel it's such a headache I have been trying to beg him to get me a quote for the keys he promised to get back to me 3 months a go I had to drive to the store which is 20km away from me he said he will get me a quote in an hour it's been a month now when I try to call he cut off my calls and respond with I will call you back later he doesn't respond or call either I have never seen such rude and arrogant guy like him I'm not sure he's a manager or something I even spoke to his boss but didn't help now we are stuck people needs keys I'm not sure how do you beg someone to do his job because I will be paying what so hard for him to send me a proper quote so I can make payments why can't he respond when calling him
