Harassment

I was admitted for 2 weeks in Akeso Kenilworth Clinic this year. I received an invoice from them stating I owe them money, I then called my medical aid trying to ascertain why an additional day wasn't paid.

The medical aid explained to me that documents were emailed to the Clinic illustrating the number I should stay. The clinic exceeded the number of days by 1 and did not inform me nor my medical aid. They're now harassing me for payment that was NEVER discussed with me.

I'm receiving numerous calls, sms, emails and WatsApp message from a collection company which is frustrating!
