Shocking first impression.

I got a call on Friday 22nd of May, i was transfered to a supervisor that setup an appointment with me for 12pm on Monday 25th telling me they need an hour of my time.

Well Monday 12pm came and went no-one showed up. Then 1pm I called their line as per their website. after it ringing forever it said the number is not available at the moment please try again later. shocking for a advertised number.

Called again at 2:30 pm Morne answered and i told them to please remove my contact information for their database as i will never do business with a company that makes an appointment and does not pitch up, no phone call no apology.
