Service delivery that sucks.
I ordered safety shoes from one of the sales representatives there, shoes came quickly, but they were a size to big. After doing a return for a smaller size is were the issues began. They keep giving excuses about the shoes not getting to the correct courier. It's been 11 days and no luck. Still haven't gotten them. Worst experience with a PPE supplier ever, would not recommend them to anyone.

DHL Gauteng service - Waybill: 4790342185
<p>My parecl arrived in the country 6 August, DHL notified me on 9 August, I contacted them twice on 10 August will all details, again on 11 August and mailed all required, still waiting, no reply from nobody, no parcel, i think their service is BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
