We’re sorry to hear that your experience this time around did not meet expectations.
We’d just like to clarify that the courier and shipping arrangements within South Africa were organised directly by yourself, and unfortunately the delays experienced were therefore outside of our control. We have previously shipped successfully to your freight forwarder on your behalf without any issues.
That said, we still apologise for the frustration caused and appreciate your feedback. Regarding the air filter, if you do have any concerns once tested, please feel free to contact us directly with the vehicle details and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
