YOU WONT HEAR FROM THEM AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY
DONT USE THESE ****MERS. They quoted us R2400 to replace a condenser which could not have been new as it lasted a few months. Good luck trying to get hold of them to claim on their "warranty"

Technician came, charged callout, quoted extra parts, only installed one of the parts which we paid for, the fridge got semi cold then died completely a few hours later, they have now ghosted my number and have no intention of coming back to do the repair properly. Total **** business. I called from another phone and the technician answered, as soon as he realised who was calling, he killed the call and blocked that number as well.

Not Happy
I had an appointment with them on the 27th June @ 14:00 to come out and work on my dishwasher. They arrived 16:30 - I paid R300 call out fee. They said the PC board needs replacing and would quote me. I had to follow up yesterday the 7th of July and today the 8th still no quote. After reading all the reviews, I will look to get someone else to rather come out…

Not Happy
