[email protected] for refund and confirmation...on 1st February 2026 ADRS debited an amount from my account without proper authorisation despite my understanding that my payment arrangements allows me to pay the last day of the month.prior to this i contacted ADRS and clearly communicated my conditions for settling the account, including that interests should be frozen.ADRS has not provided any written confirmation or resolution regarding my account,and this unauthorised debit is causing me financial difficulty.I request the following
1.immediate refund
2.written confirmation that my payment arrangement will be honourd and that interest is frozen.
3.Assurance that no further unauthorised debits and threats of repossession will occur.
I am lodging this complaint publicly to ensure ADRS responds promptly
