I am writing to report a serious issue with Adobe. As a loyal premium customer for over two years, I have been extremely disappointed by their service this month. I decided not to renew my Adobe subscription this month. However, for almost two weeks now, Adobe has been repeatedly attempting to deduct money from my bank account, despite my non-renewal. The most frustrating aspect of your platform is the complete lack of a clear unsubscription process or accessible customer support. I was forced to interact with a bot because there is no way to reach a real person for assistance. These repeated deduction attempts are causing me to incur bank fees, which is completely unacceptable. This level of non-existent support and unauthorized payment attempts is highly unprofessional.
