Excellent after-sales
I purchased a 2007 Ford Territory from Adamant Car Sales. As with many older vehicles, I experienced several unexpected issues after the purchase and incurred significant repair costs. After discussing my concerns with Nolan from Adamant Car Sales, he was professional, courteous, and remained open to communication throughout. He took the time to listen to my situation, reviewed the repairs and outstanding issues, and was able to arrange a goodwill payment to assist with some of the repair costs. I would like to thank Nolan for his professionalism, excellent after-sales support, and willingness to go the extra mile to help resolve the matter. His communication was clear and respectful, and he made a genuine effort to assist. Thank you to Adamant Car Sales and Nolan for your support and for working toward an amicable resolution.

Selling ******* cars
I bought a car from dealership Adamant car sales on the 2nd of October i drove the car to limpopo Tafelkop all was ok . On the 11th October the car started giving me problem i had to drive it to Groblersdal to Mechanic only to find petrol pump was dead the dealership paid for the cost. A week later the car started having more issues and i had to drive it back to gauteng . The dealership referred me to their mechanic where they checked only to find the car was not serviced it needed R8000 for the service. The dealership refused to help me service the car now i want to return the car back to them and they are telling me i jus bring my lawyers cause they gave me the car while it was ok. My question is the car starter having problems even before i can pay my first installment . Now the car it only a month old and its not moving i can use it.Why must i pay a car for 5 years that is not moving???.

Great Service
A year ago i bought a 2011 BMW 320d from ADAMANT CAR SALES, I dealt with Wayne. I was leaving for Cape town the following week, Wayne had the car registered and sorted in time for my trip and it preformed excellently on out holiday to Cape town and back home, When i returned back Adamant car sales did not hesitate to carry out the minor things the vehicle needed done as we had agreed when i bought the vehicle. its been 12 mouths now and no problems with the BMW except i had to replace the battery a few months ago but when it was inspected it was the original battery supplied by BMW when the car was assembled which is amazing service from a battery (11 years). I would recommend Adamant Car Sales to person looking for a quality preowned vehicle.
