Bad customer service
I bought a phone at Ackerman after 2 months the screendidnt break but gave me problems I then took it back they said they'll repair it I waited for 3 weeks when I went there they had the phone and didn't even fix it am so disappointed at their service and I only have 1 phone and I saved for months to get it please help me

Bad customer service

Aweful Service
Since the expansion of the pharmacy service is SHOCKING. Far to many staff standing around chatting & some clogging the passage ways with their trolleys filling shelves. You have to literally climb over them. On phoning going through the various IVR numbers, your call is often unanswered., resulting a repeat call. Only decent service is at the pharmacy counter. Thise people work non-stop just a pity about the other free loaders/dead wood.

A MASSIVE THANK YOU!!! To Dr. Sipho and the rest of her Team on shift yesterday and today - 25.01.2026 / 26.01.2026 at 12 - 1am. Firstly because you were available in my time of need and desperation. Secondly for your amazing patient service! I was attended to quickly and so efficiently! Both Dr. Sipho and her entire Team were friendly, professional, helpful and AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT!! 5 stars in this review are simply not enough! 10 stars would be more adequate in this regard!!! Please make sure Dr. Sipho and Her Team are rewarded greatly!!!

Ackermans pharmacy service
Was told driver was waiting for me, but didn't even hoot or buzz or phone. Waited whole day no meds no delivery. Yet was told It was being delivered. Acting as if they delivering pizza.

Appalling service
I went to see the doctor on the 4th of August and blood was taken and I was on a drip, felt better after that, nice experience from doctor and Lancet nurse. Two weeks down the line I had to go in personally to get my bills results turns out I am diabetic. What a struggle to just get your results, called on the 11th of August for my results I was told the doctor will call me back, he never did, called his private practise as he is only in on a Monday and Tuesday at Ackermed. No results to say the 18th spoke to the receptionist Michaela who was very rude and told us we must just wait for the doctor, called for an hour hence me having to personally go there just for results. I am very disappointed and appalled by the service I received here. Mind you I paid cash not used a medical aid, so after spending a R1000 without medication this is not the kind of service I expected, next time I would rather go to a government facility where I would expect such treatment.
