Failure to deliver

Access pools are the worst company to deal with when it comes to buying a fiberglass pool. At sale stage they put every other company down regarding their manufacturing process because Juan worked for all of them so he knows. Insisted that full payment must be made upfront. Payment made same day with immediate clearance. This was done on a Tuesday....promised delivery over the coming weekend....weekend came and went....promised delivery Monday afternoon....Monday came and went....Monday said he can’t give a date as to when he can deliver......

People be careful.....this guy Juan will say and do and promise you the world to secure the deal...once you’ve paid he does not have any customer service....you have to wait and don’t have a choice. He also refuse to refund my money. This matter will be handed over to my attorneys....I will be buying a new pool tomorrow from another company.
