My debit order did not go off for March. I them emailed 3 April 2026, them thinking that they forgot to change the date of my debit order. By 5th the debit order didn't go off but so i emailed them again requesting there banking details so i could do the payment. Paid them then i get an email stating im arrears so requested why. Cola, emails stating its because i changed the debit order date thats why I'm in arrears. I contact them disputing this email. By 23 April, i spoke 3 different people to found out it was a warrenty that i haven't signed up for that was added onto our account. Our debit order mandate with the bank was suspended because theres a revised mandate with the warrenty included which needed to be approved by me. I never received a new mandate with any changes. AA Warranty and Marquis claims that i signed for a service and tyre warrenty. They cant cancel the warranty until they hear a recording which they claim states i agreed. The strange thing i spoke to the a Lady at AA in August 2025 asking if im interested in a policy. Which I told her i needed to confirm with my husband. I didnt accept that the agreement at the time and in March 2026 they tried to deduct it with my monthly payment. The debit order payment most was probably was rejected by the bank and bounced back. I had to pay it via Eft. My concern was this month payment which they claim the amount has changed because of the warranty. Noone can assist until they hear a recording. I will have to cancel the warrenty with AA warranty.
Now the debit order is going off tomorrow with the warrenty and must accept it.
We feel that we are being bul**** into this policy that we didnt sign up for. There staff is like robots that wont go the extra mile to see if they can assist.
