Thank you 3six5 removals for your service, this is now the second time using you. I want to thank your team for the effort they put all my furniture arrived in order. Please advise your drivers to communicate effectively , otherwise everything went well as expected. I have a friend moving from Durban to JHB, i will share your numbers with him Thank you

Good service

Don't Hire Them
Don't you ever make the mistake of hiring them to help you move and storing your items at their storage- you will regret it. They're poor communicators, have zero time management skills and are completely unprofessional. In short, they are ***********. Day of pickup: 1.They arrived 30+ min late to begin with and came in a dingy old truck (without logo/signage) carrying a driver and 2 people to pack a three bedroom, two bathroom house and garage. 2. The packers had to be stoped and advised by us on how to pack plates and glasses. Left to their own devices, they were stacking plates sans bubblewrap into boxes. 3. They came with less boxes than what was on the quote (and paid for) and in only one size despite what was discussed. We had to purchase more boxes and more bubblewrap. They didnt even have markers or scissors to competently do their job. 4. One of the packers had an attitude each time he was advised and it was evident that he was inexperienced. Day of drop-off: 1. They arrived late again! This time they were FOUR hours late. We had to constantly ask for updates because if it were up to them, they would've stayed silent until the furniture arrived. 2. We were expecting a truck and a shuttle but only a van dragging a trailer came. It had to make two trips. We waited three hours for the vehicle to come back the return. 3. The big pieces of furniture all have damage of varying degrees. It looks like someone took a *****driver across all the wood furnishings. The mattress are filthy and so are the bases.

worst experience with a moving company...
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company. The original quote explicitly stated that GIT insurance was included and that all furniture would be blanket wrapped. Neither was honoured. On delivery, there were no blankets or protective wrapping at all, and some of our furniture was transported on an open trailer with no protection whatsoever. Although we were told delivery would take 3 days, our furniture arrived about a month later, on 24 December at around 11pm, after repeated promises throughout the day that they were “almost there”. The condition of the furniture on arrival was unacceptable: Deep scratches on almost all wooden items Coffee rings and stains on surfaces that were not there before A dining room table broken at the hinges and no longer functional When we raised this formally, the company responded with excuses and denied responsibility, even suggesting that the blankets “must have fallen off during transit”, which is not credible. This was unprofessional, negligent, and far below what was advertised. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before using this company.

GREAT SERVICE
Our move was made easy and effortless. We had been debating on whether to use this company or not but we don't regret our decision at all .Our furniture was handled with care.Jessica the lady we communicated with was friendly, professional and very helpful .She made sure we had a smooth transition from Pretoria to the Western Cape .Definately recommend them

GREAT SERVICE

Don't move with 3six5 Removals First they changed my move date, to 3 days later, but arrived 13 hours late, I excepted and paid for an independent load which I paid - but I had a shared service with the result not all my goods could fit in the truck , the balance of my goods arrived 26 days later
