The most horrible service from the store owner called Surita. Dropped of my cups on a Sunday morning for Edging and she promised to fetch an edging cream from the Carnival store. She calls me at 9am on Monday and I couldn't respond then send a message saying she couldn't get the cream and asked should she get stickers on them. I tried calling the store and their whatsapp number to no avail then I texted back on the whatsapp number with my queries on printing and this was done at 09h30 in the morning. She only got back to me at 14h33 telling me that she is busy and short staffed so she will not do any stickers. I called her store and she would not listen to me, she'd speak over me while I'm trying to get my point across which was very frustrating and i started raising my voice because everytime id speak she'd speak over me and ultimately she put me on speaker and told me that all customers in store are listening to me. Fortunately the call was being recorded so I've got proof of this. She then said she will get my cups done, I asked her to do so and I'll collect at 16h00. She said she was busy but will try her best. I get to the store at 16h00 she is on a computer and my cups aren't done. I still needed to selected a color and font which I was never asked about and still had to wait in store for the cups to be printed. Not even once did I get a sincere apology from her and she claimed to be the owner of the franchise. I asked for the head office number during our phone call and she said she didn't have it. I'm in disbelief and I'm never setting a foot there. I will be spreading the recording and screenshot of our conversations on all social media platforms
