I can't say enough good things about my experience with 123tutors. Their commitment to helping me succeed was exceptional. As a second year university student, I'm very grateful to know that I have 123tutors to fall back on if I hit any more road blocks in the remainder of my studies, especially with exams coming up. The booking process was so smooth and simple and I was matched with my tutor within a day. So impressed by their rates as well, especially given the quality of tutoring I received. Very professional and good value for money, highly recommended 123tutors.

I needed urgent tutoring for my son for biometry, luckily this site offered the tutoring and an urgent option, which is exactly what we needed as he was writing his exam in a few weeks. It took the tutor a week to get in touch and then never responded to follow up WhatsApp's and eventually he sent some lame excuse and no lessons materialized. All payments are upfront and to get a refund is absolutely impossible. I think this company is a bit of a ****, as the email address given for refunds is non-existent. As a single mother trying to help my son get through university on limited resources, I don't have the luxury of loosing money *********** **** institutions!

123Tutors WORST customer service
I am very unhappy with their service I requested a tutor through them and made payment and sent them proof of payment and received no response after a week of no response I asked again about a tutor and that I had made payment , they then requested I forward the POP to another email I then again received no response for a week and asked for the 3rd time for a tutor and was promised to be assigned a tutor y the end of the day , again no response for a few days ,after a tedious and time wasting process I requested a refund. This company is very unprofessional and delivers very poor service.

Non payment of my little wage
Hello I have worked tirelessly for this company after tutoring a number of students at low rate per hour. Since November last year, stories on stories they do not want to pay me what they owe me. An amount of approximately R12,000, the CEO keeps finding excuses on excuses even though their clients paid them they refused to pay me the little amount they owe me because I am black and a foreigner.

Non payment of my little wage

An amount of approximately R12,000, the CEO keeps finding excuses on excuses even though their clients paid them they refused to pay me the little amount they owe me because I am black and a foreigner.
